Refund Policy

At WhatsApp Dwar, we strive to deliver the best WhatsApp Marketing services. However, due to the nature of digital services and API integration, we follow the below refund policy:

  • No Refunds on Completed Services: Once a service is delivered or an API is activated, it is non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If the project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative fees) may be provided.
    Once cancellation is accepted , the refund amount will be credited to the source account within 7-14 business day.
  • No Refund for Violations: If a service is terminated due to policy violations or illegal activities by the client, no refund will be issued.
